Booking and Cancellation Policy

When making a reservation you will be asked for your full name, address and a contact telephone number.

A deposit of 33% of the total room rate is charged for advance bookings
(we accept all major cards).

We are aware that cancellations are often unavoidable but we only have three rooms, which we could let many times over during the peak season. If you do have to cancel and if we can re-let your room(s) we will refund your deposit less an administration charge of 10% of the total room rate.

In the event that we are unable to replace your booking the following charges will be made to your card ( sorry no exceptions )

Cancellation within 21 days of arrival - 33% of the room rate (the deposit) will be charged.

Cancellation within 10 days of arrival - 100% of the room rate will be charged.

Earlier cancellations incur an administration charge of 10% of the total room rate.

Credit card or debit card?

There is no charge for payment using a debit card. The credit card company charges us a fee for credit card payments. Unfortunately this means we have to charge a credit card fee of 2.5% to cover the costs, which is added onto your booking at the payment stage.

May we remind you that a holiday booking is a legally binding contract. If you cancel, you are still liable to pay, so it is a wise precaution to arrange a Holiday Cancellation Package.
