Booking and Cancellation Policy
When making a reservation you will be asked for:
Your full name, address and contact telephone number.
A deposit of 33% of the total room rate for advance bookings (we accept all major debit cards).
We are aware that cancellations are often unavoidable and if we can
re-let your room(s) then we will make a full refund less
a 10% handling fee.
In the event that we are unable to replace your booking the following
charges will be made to your card ( sorry no exceptions ):
Cancellation within 31 -60 days of arrival - 33% of the room rate (the deposit) will be
charged.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival - 50% of the room rate will be charged.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival - 100% of the room rate will be
charged.
Earlier cancellations incur a 10% handling charge
May we remind you that a holiday booking is a legally binding contract.
If you cancel, you are still liable to pay, so it is a
wise precaution to arrange a Holiday Cancellation Package
